I am also able to conduct sessions by Skype or FaceTime.
BWRT® WHAT IS IT?
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, is a totally safe effective model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist if you don’t want to, and is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life.
Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Level 2 BWRT® allows lasting change for more deep rooted conditions such as depression, addictions, obsessions, binge eating, eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, and more. As your therapist I do not need to know all the details of your symptoms you don’t have to remember the original event just the strongest experience or memory to enable lasting positive changes and symptom benefits.
You will be fully conscious during the therapy, which does not use hypnosis and in total control at all times I will simply teach you how to change the way you respond to such memories or experiences removing emotion using your own thoughts and powerful inner resources. As this therapy is mainly content free you will not need to tell me what you are thinking during the actual process.
